SunFlower Oil

Sunflower oil manufacturing entails cleaning, husking, and mechanically pressing sunflower seeds to extract the oil. The oil undergoes refining processes, including degumming, neutralization, bleaching, and deodorization. It must adhere to food safety standards and regulations. Refined sunflower oil should have a pale color, neutral odor, and flavor, along with a high smoke point (usually above 440°F). Effective packaging to prevent oxidation is essential, and shelf-life dates must be observed.
